We offer 6-12 month leases.
Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
1 bedrooms = $150, 2 bedrooms = $250, 3 bedrooms = $350
Is renter's insurance required?
No, Foxen covers the building
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.

9am-6pm M-F SAT- 10am-5pm SUN- Closed
What are the hours for the fitness center?
Our fitness club is open 24-hours.
What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?

Is the apartment set up for working remotely?

Yes, Rise Creekside is a pet-friendly community! We have a community dog park and walking paths.

One assigned car port spot per apartment; uncovered spots first come first serve. Guest register through R2Parking.

Yes, each apartment comes with a full-sized washer & dryer connections.

Our renovated apartment units offer stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
